Room size was good. Convenient location near the shopping center. Free parking on site. Large bar with a variety of options. Next door sports bar served quick and tasty food. Municipal water park beside the hotel with affordable admission fee. Six outdoor tennis courts available. Nice and friendly bar staff.

We came in a very hot day and since there was no air condition in the room they offered, and we accepted, another room (a flat) with air condition for additional 20 Euro. The air condition in the flat did not cool at all and we had the feeling that we were cheated. The safe in the room was locked and we could not use it. We complained and they brought another safe from another room! In my opinion a mobile safe, not screwed to anything has no value. No trolly and no help to carry the luggage from the car to the room.

Snp square is easily reachable, situated just 1 mile away. Pleasant staff, gave a lot of tourist information. Free parking on site was provided. It is so close to the airport

The breakfast was great, our room had a sunny balcony, and having access to the pool was a fantastic bonus for a weekend getaway.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Banska Bystrica and had a wonderful experience. This place is located close to the center and just a stone's throw away from the mall, which made it really convenient for shopping and dining. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it was also very close to the medical clinic where I needed to be early in the morning.

Families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay will definitely find this hotel to be a great choice.

Almost everything. The staff was unfriendly. The restaurant did not have many courses from the menu, neither premium drinks which are expected for a 4-star hotel. Even the pictures from the website were not accurate (E.G. the swimming pool is not part of the hotel, but a public swimming pool crowded with people from the city, where you have to pay the entrance apart). We did not have a good experience at all.

The hotel had a convenient location near a medical clinic, making it easy to get there early in the morning. It was also close to the centre and a mall. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. the bathroom was clean, and the staff provided good service during the stay. the breakfast had a decent selection.

The hotel lacked proper soundproofing, making it noisy and disruptive.

Good hotel staff - very friendly and helpful. Free parking, good food in restaurant and quite nice breakfast. Basen and jacuzzi on site. Tennis courts. Close to main transit road, but still in quiet location. Comfortable beds.

Bathroom could be renovated (seems bit old).

during my call before my visit no one have told me that there is aditional fee for the pet (10 eur) per night. Also the breakfast was very poor for the money you pay for the room, and the waiter in the restaurant does not konw much about the meals in the menu.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Banska Bystrica. The location was perfect for me as it was very close to the medical clinic where I had an early morning appointment. the hotel was conveniently situated near a mall and the city center. The cleanliness of the room was great and the hotel facilities were excellent. I was pleased to find free parking on site, making it easy for me to bring my car. The breakfast provided was tasty and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The hotel had clean rooms with a comfortable size, a nice balcony, and friendly staff. Parking was free, and there were great facilities such as an indoor pool and Jacuzzi that open at 4 pm, six outdoor tennis courts, and a nearby water park for only €3.

The hotel was conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the city on foot or by taxi. They had a well-equipped sports center on site, offering many activities for those who wanted to stay active during their trip. The restaurant had delicious meals and the staff was friendly and attentive.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned during our stay and we had to ask for fresh towels. The breakfast lacked variety and the TV channels were limited.
